If you are unsatisfied with a product you have purchased with us or if there is a fault with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We would be happy to offer a replacement or a refund. However, this does not apply to faults caused by accident or misuse.
Non loose food products must be returned within 14 days, unopened and unused, unless there is a fault with them.
Due to health and safety concerns, we cannot offer refund on loose food products unless there is a genuine fault with them. We will not offer refunds or exchange on items where you have changed your mind or purchased the incorrect item.
Return postage costs are excluded from refunds and replacements.
Lost or Damaged Goods
If you have not received your parcel within 72 hours of completing the order, please contact us by phone or email.
If the parcel arrives and products are damaged, please contact us by phone or email within 48 hours.
